Position Summary: Provides support to the Home Care Services Unit (HCS) through the provision of Training and Development activities for the Personal Care Attendant workforce. Conducts and leads training based on Federal, State and Organizational curriculum requirements.

Program Service: Ability360 delivers high-quality, Person centered, non-medical home care to AHCCCS/ALTCS/DDD eligible members in their homes or places of residence, including attendant care, personal care, homemaking, respite and habilitation.

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum working experience as a Direct Care supervisor, manager, trainer or combination thereof.
  • Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of AHCCCS/ALTCS/DDD
  • Professional and Dependable
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficient with computer skills - Microsoft word and Power Point
  • Current DCW Certification, preferred
  • Current CPR/FA Certification, preferred
  • Must have/be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • May require local travel - clean driving record required


  • Maintain calendar and registrations for employee attendance at training
  • Conduct regularly scheduled trainings for new caregivers and recertification of current caregivers
  • Proved as-needed relief training for Supervisor
  • Participate in quality management process
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full time position. Days and hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional weekends may be required, as job duties demand.
